A Choice of Services: Full versus Co-Managed
Full Managed Services provides cross-trained network engineers that monitor, maintain, support and manage your corporate computer network environment remotely. All trouble ticket issues can be submitted by phone, e-mail, or through our web portal ticketing system.
This program provides your organization with the peace of mind that your technology assets are being maintained according to best practices, manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. In the event of an emergency, you will not only have a engineer who is familiar and trained on your unique environment, but will also be familiar with your staff, procedures, needs, hardware, software, applications and overall business.
On-site support is available as needed or requested.
The advantage of the full Managed Services program is that it allows a business to have an IT department for significantly less than employing a full time or part time IT manager and staff.
Co-Managed Services works in conjunction with your current IT staff or technology resource providing network support services and monitoring your unique network with our cross-trained engineers. This service is designed to manage either specific support issues (grunt work) and/or overflow trouble tickets allowing your engineers to concentrate on special projects.
In the event of vacation, sick leave or any other event, Dynamix is able to provide you with support without having the hurdle of a learning curve. The internal IT Staff will have access to Dynamix's online trouble ticketing system and knowledge base.
