Any agreement for the purchase of goods from Dynamix Unified Solutions and the Customer shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.
Prices

Returns
Product returns are subject to manufacturer restrictions and restock fees. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Dynamix Unified Solutions Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Dynamix Unified Solutions before attempting to return any products. Claims
If Customer makes any claims against Dynamix Unified Solutions, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in Broward County, FL, USA.
Customer Credit Card Charges
If necessary, Customer authorizes Dynamix Unified Solutions to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, Overgood, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
